NATIONAL SEMINAR 2015
Upon release of the Guidelines in 2015, a National Seminar was held to introduce the Guidelines and appraise practitioners of their content, the rationale behind them and to reiterate the point that the Guidelines are a mandatory document (as per Direction of the Minister for Transport) that must be used when setting speed limits on public roads in the State.
